Expert Ease AI is a missed-call text-back service operated by Expert Ease Supply Chain LLC (“we,” “us”), based in Conroe, Texas. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- From callers: when you call a phone number that uses our service, including our demo line (832) 308-3574, we receive your phone number, the time of the call, and any text message you send in reply.
- From business customers: the business’s name, contact person, email, phone number, and the details needed to set up and register its text-back service.
How we use it
- To send the one text message that follows up on a missed call, and to handle your replies.
- When you call a business that uses our service, to deliver your message to that business so it can respond to you.
- To provide support, keep records of opt-outs, and meet legal and carrier requirements.
What we share
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers, such as our telecommunications provider, only to deliver messages and run the service, and we disclose information when required by law.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep call and message records only as long as needed to provide the service, honor opt-outs, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.

Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
